ARRCS provides regional care and support to people and their communities throughout the Northern Territory from Darwin to Docker River with our purpose is to genuinely connect with the communities we serve, and enable our clients with agency, pride and dignity.About the roleManages the clinical care, quality management and administrative functions, processes and maintenance of IT systems and platforms relevant to clinical governance, undertakes data collation, analysis and reporting for ARRCS Clinical Governance and Risk team. This specialist role ensures the preparation of incident timelines and drafts investigation reports in addition to a range of ad-hoc administrative and other reporting functions to support the overall function and meet external compliance standards. You'll need to be highly organised and work to defined timeframes that may change depending on external agency requirements and changing legislation and interpreting this information to operational instruction and work procedures. Using your experience and skills in Clinical Governance you will;Support the Clinical Governance and Risk team in the provision of a wide range of services and functions including responsibilities emanating from the implementation of the Care Governance framework.Travel to our work locations (Including overnight stays) across ARRCS sites to review the "in operations" practice and make recommendations to continuously improve.System Administer applications pertaining to Clinical Governance and Risk including the provision of access, identification and support of end-users of LeeCare, RiskMan, Lippincott, PainChek, My Aged Care and the Safety Quality Management System and future platforms.Continuously improve staff productivity across the organisation through user consultation to identify issues impacting productivity and lead improvement activities to resolve/escalate as required.Data collation, analysis and reporting on all practices related to clinical governance and risk for services, including Clinical Audits of Nursing and other care practises, the Clinical Governance Risk Team and ARRCS organisation Provides a range of ad-hoc administrative, support and reporting functions for Clinical Governance to facilitate the operations of the team.You'll be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria;Relevant tertiary education qualifications in clinical, medical or quality and safety fields and/or information systems or data scienceDemonstrated experience in the support of end-users with clinical and quality management systems and improvement in clinical and corporate team efficiency.Proven experience in data collation, analysis and reporting in a clinical or care settingParticipate in and provide a range of administrative support services, collate, process and analyse reports, coordinate committee meetings and papers as requested maintain documents and records management ensuring documents are appropriately filed and archivedProven interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and ability to coach, teach and assess frontline staffManage complex tasks and competing work priorities with minimal direction.Registered professional as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with experience relevant to the field (Desirable)Benefits of working for usARRCS is the largest Aged Care Provider in the NT - your career can take you all over the NT including Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine or if you relocate interstate ARRCS are a pathway to Uniting Care QLD.Salary Packaging through CBB (Approx. $600 extra per fortnight in your bank!)Access to 70,000 Training and Development Courses through our Learning PlatformBenestar Employee Wellbeing & Emotional SupportOur staff and volunteers are compassionate and knowledgeable members of the local community, who are committed to providing personalised care and support.
