ARRCS provides regional care and support to people and their communities throughout the Northern Territory from Darwin to Docker River with our purpose is to genuinely connect with the communities we serve, and enable our clients with agency, pride and dignity.About the roleYou'll be an ambitious self-start with experience in coordinating marketing and fundraising activities to expand capacity, reach and impact, you will be responsible for supporting activities and projects that raise funds for the ARRCS and help to grow its grants, projects, and awards programs. Working across ARRCS, you will implement key aspects of the organisations fundraising strategy by assisting to design and deliver both internal and external fundraising activities.Using your experience and skills in Marketing and Fundraising you will;Support a program of regular marketing and fundraising activities and campaigns to generate funds and raise awareness of the ARRCS’s work.Implement strategies and campaigns designed to acquire new donors, as well as to maintain, retain and foster long-term relationships with existing donors and supporters.Deliver internal and external communications activities, such as: email campaigns, articles & online profiles of our grant recipients, direct mail, public relations, social media, and the organisation's annual review.Build and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internally within the organisation and externally.Action all enquiries relating to new donations, regular gifts, Gifts in Wills, bequest development, regular giving programs, fundraising events.Coordinate external fundraising events and activities.Undertake research and survey activities, including proposition testing, segmentation strategies, and supporter journey mapping to increase the impact of fundraising campaign activity.Coordinate compliance activities for external funding contracts/agreements and acquittal reports for all external donors/bequests.Support the NT Regional Office by providing general office support including Stationary Ordering, Meeting and Event coordination and general ad-hoc support required of the Executive Team.You'll be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria;Previous experience in a marketing or fundraising role in either a charitable, not-for-profit, or membership organisation.Experience in digital communications and marketing activity including developing versatile and innovative content across a range of channels.A proactive self-starter with demonstrated autonomous project/marketing activity coordination skills and delivery against defined tasks objectives, methods and outcomes.Strong stakeholder engagement experience, and an ability to coordinate, cultivate and develop relations across a range of donors, corporate supporters, and prospects.An understanding of evaluation and reporting on the distribution and use of donated funds.Experience working with and supporting volunteer member committees and/or volunteer groups to achieve long-term strategic outcomes or goals.Empathy for the ARRCS’s cause and vision, and a proven capacity to work with supporters from a variety of backgrounds who choose to donate to the organisation.Benefits of working for usARRCS is the largest Aged Care Provider in the NT - your career can take you all over the NT including Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine or if you relocate interstate ARRCS are a pathway to Uniting Care QLD.Salary Packaging through CBB (Approx. $600 extra per fortnight in your bank!)Access to 70,000 Training and Development Courses through our Learning PlatformBenestar Employee Wellbeing & Emotional SupportOur staff and volunteers are compassionate and knowledgeable members of the local community, who are committed to providing personalised care and support.
