About the roleTo continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Change Facilitator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in our Regional Office in Tiwi, this role will be responsible in the delivery, implementation and embedding of strategy and education for long-term sustainability of care models within our facilities.  This role will see you working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in the management of facilities that reflect a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers.To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced and current AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will have previous experience working in change management, within a clinical or healthcare setting and bring with you knowledge of change management principals and methodology. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable leading project-based work.
