About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring residents in services are provided with the highest quality food and nutrition within a comfortable and safe environment focused on their needs.


About you
You'll be an ambitious self-starter who enjoys a high level of engagement with people from varying backgrounds, cultures and nationalities.

To be successful in this role you must have:
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience in preparing meals in an aged care setting or similar (Preferred)
Demonstrated kitchen management skills including control of stock and inventory
Previous experience and exposure to nutrition and the importance of dietary requirements, particularly within an aged care setting

Food Handlers Safety Certificate
