ARRCS provides regional care and support to people and their communities throughout the Northern Territory from Darwin to Docker River with our purpose is to genuinely connect with the communities we serve, and enable our clients with agency, pride and dignity.Our people are at the centre of our organisation and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles is the key to the success of our Consumer Centered Service Delivery. About the roleTo support internal movement within the organisation, ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical support and Registered Nurses at our Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility. Located in Palmerston, NT, this role will see you responsible for the coordination of our consumers in residential care; the leadership and management of staff (nursing and care assistants) to ensure high quality, safe person-centred care. The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning, oversees education programs, and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process. This role would suit a Registered with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a multi-disciplinary team. You will be hands on in your management style and enjoy providing mentorship and guidance to both your direct and indirect staff. Terrace Gardens is an 88-bed residential home comprising of 3 wings a combination of both single and shared rooms.
