About the roleTo support internal movement within the organisation, ARRCS are actively sourcing an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical support and Registered Nurses at our Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility. Located in Palmerston, NT, this role will see you responsible for the coordination of our consumers in residential care; the leadership and management of staff (nursing and care assistants) to ensure high quality, safe person-centred care. The position is also responsible for providing an environment that supports learning, oversees education programs, and monitors professional standards of practice while providing safe and efficient patient care through the performance development and management process. This role would suit a Registered with both clinical and management experience. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a multi-disciplinary team. You will be hands on in your management style and enjoy providing mentorship and guidance to both your direct and indirect staff. Terrace Gardens is an 88-bed residential home comprising of 3 wings a combination of both single and shared rooms. Terrace Gardens also has a Memory Support Unit with a surrounding gardens for outdoor activities and relaxation.
