About the roleWe have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Driver and Grounds Officer to join ARRCS on a full-time basis. This role will see you working across our facilities in Darwin, including Juninga Aged Care in Coconut Grove and Terrace Gardens Aged Care in Palmerston. You will work with the Service Managers and Leisure and Lifestyle teams by providing travel services for our residents. When driving is not required, you will be primarily based at Terrace Gardens in Palmerston and support them on general ground maintenance duties and cleaning requirements. This opportunity will suite a person who enjoys working across a variety of tasks throughout the day. You will be a person who is patient and comfortable to change daily tasks based on the facilities needs and, most importantly enjoy associating and supporting the elderly. This permanent full-time position comes at a salary of $25.18 hour gross base salary (with a set roster of 38 hours per week / 76 per fortnight, Monday to Friday. This role is penalty driven and includes penalty rates when completed. You also receive full salary sacrifice benefits of up to $6,300 PA, 10.5% super and 17.5% leave loading.
