About the roleWorking within the ARRCS First Nations Program team, ARRCS are actively sourcing a First Nations Programs Team Leader to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in Darwin and will primarily see you working to deliver, support and mentor the ARRCS First Nations programs. You will work with the Regional Manager in supporting both her existing staff and promoting career pathways with First Nations people.This role would ideally suit a candidate who is experienced in advocating and promoting of First Nations programs ideally within a Healthcare environment.
