About the roleAn exciting opportunity has come available to join ARRCS Home Care Team in Alice Springs as our Home Care Coordinator. ARRCS Home Care team provides support to the elderly residents in our community that require assistance in their daily living, however, do not require to reside in an aged care residence.This leadership role will see you responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Home Care services across Alice Springs. You will be required to ensure rostering, planning, execution and evaluation is completed with our clients whilst providing administrative support to the Operations Manager including database management, recruitment and ad hoc projects.As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in both leadership of a small team and operations. You will ideally have a background in healthcare and have an understanding of government health legislations, processes and frameworks.You will have a strong mentoring and leadership ability as you will be supporting a team that works remote with limited supervision.This role is a permanent full-time position based in Alice Springs. Salary will range from $75,000 - $90,000 gross base dependent on skills and experience.
