About the role
Due to promotion movement, a new opportunity has come available for an experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our Home Care team on a full-time basis. Working 38 hours per week over a rotating fort-nightly roster, this role will see you travelling to people’s homes and providing in-home care and cleaning duties as allocated in their care-plans.
As the ideal candidate, you will bring previous experience in Aged or Disability Care. You will be comfortable travelling to our clients’ homes to deliver our services which will primarily include cleaning and basic care and will have a reliable and fully insured vehicle.
ARRCS will be looking for staff who are kind and compassionate with their approach to our clients. People who are understanding and supportive of their needs whilst, able to interpret and understand their care-plans and stick to the delegated services.
