About the roleDue to internal growth within our Home Care team, ARRCS Darwin have multiple opportunities for qualified Personal Care Workers across both full-time and part-time hours.  This role attracts a salary of $33.50 - $34.98 / hour dependent on skills and experience. Your role as Personal Care Worker will see you travelling to people’s homes and providing care and support within the consumers home environment, undertaking cleaning, bed making, personal care including grooming, showering, mobility and assisting with meals. You may also be required to assist with social support, taking consumers to appointments and shopping.As the ideal candidate, you will bring previous experience in either Aged or Disability care. You will be comfortable travelling to people’s homes to provide this care and able to retain a fully insured and reliable vehicle. You will have a caring and understanding approach, whilst also able to understand a client’s care-plan and delegated services provided by their My Aged Care funding.
