Based in our Darwin Head Office, this role will see you conducting assessments and referrals for Home Service support. These assessments are for people who may need entry-level support to help them stay at home.This role is at a team leader level and will also include mentoring and management of a small team of officers.As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and have an understanding of the legislation requirements of Aged and Home Care and more specifically of the My Aged Care guidelines outlined by the Federal Government and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) funding methods.
